4 Reasons Why Oscar DID NOT KILL Reeva Steenkamp

17 July 2014, 07:43

Oscar Pistorius is innocent.  He did not kill Reeva Steenkamp on that fateful night in question. Not personally anyway. Here’s how I came to that conclusion:

  1. Oscar had reason to believe that a crook was in his loo as a common entry point for burglars in South Africa is toilet windows; this lends credibility to the fact that Oscar suspected his toilet window as the very point of entry these nocturnal creatures use. As burglars are generally very small in size small niches such as these are a favourite pick amongst them; otherwise they simply use their kids to enter through it to unlock the door of the house for them. However the case may be; do not get in their way for they will kill you if you don’t kill them first.

  2. Many South Africans attest the rumours that Reeva was all dressed and ready to get out of the house but instead took cover in the loo as Oscar was enraged and armed. This cannot be true for if one need to use the loo in the middle of the night it does not makes sense to get all dollied up to go make a poo.

  3. Prosecutor Nel is building his case upon Oscar firing 4 shots purposefully and in a focused manner through a closed door. As per Mr. Nel, after the 1st shot hit Reeva she must have screamed in pain as the 2nd shot missed her. Oscar should therefore have realized by now that his babe was in that tiny cubicle. However, as sound travels in a straight line, it was impossible for Oscar to have heard the screams if he was on his stumps as he claimed to be. Reeva’s screams had to travel through that room, way above his head towards the open bedroom window and in the direction of his neighbours abode if Mr. Nel’s claims that Ms. Steenkamp was standing upright in the loo is to be believed.

Remember defence witness Anette Stipp testifying to seeing the lights on in Oscar Pistorius's bathroom?  As she was obviously not standing on stumps at the time of the shooting, Reeva’s screams was more likely to have smacked her right in the face as per the straight line theory, than reaching Mr. Pistorius’s ears.

  4. It’s a psychological impossibility that Oscar made a mental decision to shoot and kill Ms. Steenkamp. As he had already testified that he has a nervous psyche when he enters scare mode, no sane person can believe him to have been responsible for the shooting. Through intense studies of mice, scientists have found that by submitting them to extreme conditions of stress, their legs enter into involuntary modes of spasms. Therefore, let me put it to you that Mr. Pistorius’s finger is to be blamed for the shooting death of Ms. Steenkamp as it had to contract involuntary when danger became evident. That same said finger was also the reason to the accidental shooting in the restaurant.

Now, the only thing crazier than this article is someone actually believing Oscar Pistorius to be innocent. Why for the love of it will anybody shoot somebody through a locked toilet door if the only items in there worth stealing are in fact a roll of toilet paper and possibly his razors? Everybody knows however that he keeps his blades next to his bed - unless he couldn’t remember where he put it – so unfortunately the toilet defence wouldn’t stand up in court. You’ve be stumped my boy - been caught with your bat against the door instead of covering the wickets.

Bumper Sticker: Roses are red. Violets are glorious. Never sneak up on me, Oscar Pistorius.
