A reality check for Siphokuhle Innocent Dludla

13 October 2013, 21:37
First of all, let me start by saying that the phrase 'Don't blame apartheid, blame the ANC' was coined by an ANC heavyweight, Mathews Phosa. So how unfortunate is this phrase?

No one in this country is trying to sugar coat anything that happened in the past, there as museums, the internet 'google', books, so many things that illustrates 40 years of apartheid.

So its no mystery to anyone, unless you lived in a box and if so,  you can forward your one sentence paragraphed letters to these box dwellers and educate them.

So no one is pretending that Apartheid didn't happen, we all know it happened, it existed and in the 90's it was abolished for eternity.

You seem to blame every single white person living in South Africa for apartheid and everything that came with it. That in itself is a rather big exaggeration to say the least.

Do you know how many white people were against Apartheid, but had no choice under the leaders of that time, no you don't, because you don't read further than your nose.

You talk about grandparents, parents dreams that are unfulfilled, do you know how many people around the globes dreams are never fulfilled, not everyone's dreams are going to be realized unfortunately.

That is the reality of the world we live in.  In the second world war, 50 million people died for one deluded persons dream and all those peoples dreams shattered and taken away from them, Hitler is dead now.

Do they still blame a dead person and take it out on the rest of Germany?

We are all still alive, I for one cant change what happened in the past, but I sure as hell didn't start it and will not take responsibility for it.  So don't go around blaming every single white person for apartheid because it makes you sleep better at night, its not going to realize any dreams for you, not one.

You will die a sad little boy if you continue with this hatred for your 'fellow South Africans' and shifting blame for something that is long gone.

The ANC is failing our country, our people miserably and anyone who denies that, honestly, just doesn't get it or don't want too.
Infrastructure is falling apart across the country, tax payers money wasted at a rate of disgusting proportions.

Strikes across the board crippling our economy with no consequences. Crime is out of control, its like a war zone down here in sunny SA.

The country is becoming a Banana republic handout disaster, all in 20 years, who do you blame?  Let me tell you Sipho, The ANC and mostly Jacob Zumaand his cabinet.

The ANC must focus on the people of this country, every single person living in this country and stop worrying about lining their pockets and what model BMW they drive and by how much they can inflate their already inflated salaries.

In conclusion, its people like you who are dividing this country by playing the blame game for your own shortcomings and making every free citizen(whites) of this country out to be a racist, its unbecoming.
