ANC IS EGOCENTRIC

22 November 2012, 08:16

In most cases we struggle to find our ideal Jobs, somehow we study hard further our studies to achieve goals of our dreams. But certainly 50 % of unemployed people are those with fully equipped qualifications, and they find themselves starting small by selling or being in a construction environment as a starter. And 20% employed people are those without any further qualification hence they continue studding for the post they work for.  20% are those who are employed legally but not registered under the department of labor as the government stated. 5% percent are those who are employed as service provider using their close corporations and PTY LTD’s and 5% of those who subcontracted for a certain job description.

The blame is directly to the South African Political Government ANC, You join ANC if there is a whole for success, you protest if you know someone who will uplift you. JOB creation only comes to those they know. A proven system comes where there is a certain vacant post, that! If I have a brother at home or a close friend who is not working they will be the first one to be told and they will be favors for them to win the post. A good valid reason for that is that you can’t leave someone close to you as a friend or family unemployed. For those who are not family members they buy the Job especially stubborn woman and Men. Woman who is not stubborn they obviously get laid to the manager or someone who will offer the Job.

The structure of fraud is untraceable most of our local municipalities cover their tracks, you find an opening post more than 10 post with +\- 50 people to be employed within general, labor, librarian administration and more field to work for. Now there are already people to work for those positions. Is funny because you find that you applied for all of them due to the knowledge, experience and the qualifications that you have and none of your application will be selected for Interviews. Only non experience will be called because they will have hope and they won’t make even a follow up.

I was recently applied to Tshwane Municipality online 6 month ago, they replied me 3 weeks ago for the post I have applied for that it was unsuccessfully. Then my question is why they reply now while they have already selected people to work. Our new government lives for their own benefit, the likes of Zuma, being selfish and marrying lots of woman for what good reasons we don’t know, now Building an empire for him, for what good reasons? We don’t know while 60% percent of people in South Africa suffer from Crime, unemployment.
