ANC still tribal

10 May 2014, 19:15
The preponderance of opinion is behind this story, but it is certainly not without logic. While an ordinary white South African is scared of being discriminated against on the basis of race, I fear most the impact of tribalism in this country.

It is almost nocturnal and therefore bleary to many who have been brainwashed by the ruling ANC. It is evident from the ongoing leadership succession in this country that the presidency is most likely to rotate between members of a particular ethnic group, being the Nguni. History dictates that the Nguni people, particularly those with a background like zuma's, are still of the piece of mind that the Sotho group of our population are cowards- that we are characterized by fear and therefore not eligible for leadership of the ruling party and of the Country.

As a consequence of the above, it is evident a pact exists between the Nguni that they will never be ruled by "isilwane" (a beast) as they normally refer to us. It is no wonder they play politics by bargaining at the expense of people of other ethnic groups. Motlanthe would never be president because he had achieved the highest position according to his human standard, that being a subordinate to a Zulu or Xhosa. Ramaphosa is equally not intelligent enough to see this game the Nguni are playing on us.

How long will it take for our people to realize this? Because until we reach this realization stage, Zuma and his allies will rule till Jesus comes....
