Africa Unite party fights back!

27 March 2014, 12:54

AFRICA UNITE PARTY FIGHTS BACK!

The cynical press and the trolls have all dismissed the Africa Unite Party as a non starter. As the president and founder of the party- which by the way is barely 3 weeks old…I want to set the record straight. We had the money for the deposit. We even offered it to the IEC – DESPITE OUR RESERVATIONS …and our objections that it was unconstitutional on principle. And yes..Malema did lose his high court action. Why the judge thought it was not urgent and that seriousness to participate has to be measured on capitalist principle… what horse manure!… DEMOCRACY BEGAN IN Greece 3000 YEARS ago… did it start because people had a deposit to show they were serious or not? did Julius Caesar PAY A DEPOSIT TO SHOW HOW SERIOUS HE WAS? NO…

And neither was apartheid opposed because of the amount of money in someone’s bank account…it was opposed because it was morally wrong.

So yes…we are still contesting in these elections as a political party and we are fighting back with all guns blazing. No other party is running on the issue of racially motivated violence. No other party has the balls to say exactly what needs to be said in the right places. We are doing it.

Why? Because these issues have to be resolved .

But to pay a deposit to serve the people… this is morally wrong and certainly is not a criteria for proving seriousness.

And that is why today we went to the constitutional court and submitted our notice of motion to be heard . And yes…we have a case number. We have also been informed that we were the only party to submit charges against the president in the LARGEST police station in Africa. John Vorster or Joburg central. As a matter of fact here is the sms from the saps ( south African police services)

“ message from the SAPS JHB CENTRAL REF NR cas 1046/3/2014 HAS BEEN TRANSFERRED  TO NKANDLA REF NR CAS 167/3/2014 STATION CONTACT DETAILS 035 833 0053 , “

So if you want to know more about if zuma has been charged I urge you to ring up the police station and ask..confirm it.

We are doing our duty for our country as patriots… and we urge YOU to do the same. I thank you.
