Astronomical Abuse and Fraud has been exposed in the South African Food and Beverage Industries as a whole.
The Dastardly heinous, horrendous and dire Health Abuse's and Fraud committed against unsuspecting Citizens is going to be STOPPED. If not by the Government then by the Citizens of South Africa themselves and the clock has ticked up.
The Department of Health and Department of Agriculture and the Government of South Africa were officially reported to the NCC for immediate investigation. But NOT limited to this Department / Legal entity or institution.
A claim of R400m escalating at R1,000000,00 per month since August 2011.
As well as a demand that criminal charges be brought against those Governmental Departments involved or may become involved. Has been placed with the NCC. (National Consumer Council). Whom also administrate/regulate the CPA.
This as the DOH and DAFF and the Government form the most INTEGRAL link in the food and beverage chain to unsuspecting customers and consumers.
And have FAILED in their CORE business function in so many instances to PROTECT Citizens. By enforcing compliance with various and numerous prior, current and newer Legislation's.
This for more years imaginable. Also for not ensuring Legislation was applicable to all food and beverage products prior to them being sold or made available to Citizens. Also not limited to these reasons.
By their actions, ignorance and arrogance and total utter disrespectful, unethical and immoral business ethics and mannerisms.
Notwithstanding total and utter disregard to citizens legal and constitutional rights to make informed and educated decisions as to what they will or will not consume. Again not limited to these reasons.
This has also perpetuated and caused and allowed astronomical Fraud and Health abuses to by committed unabated against unsuspecting customers and consumers by the F&B Industries and Retail and Hospitality Industry as a whole. Again for more years than can even be guessed at. As much as it is proving to be an extremely long time.
Many of the "Mega" Reputable and other Companies, Groups, Entities and Individuals. Whether Retail or Hospitality.
Have also been reported to the NCC and likewise multi- million claims against them have been lodged. As well as demands for immediate criminal prosecution is instituted against them.
No more will Citizens be so horrendously and heinously abused.
The time has arrived for the mere Citizen to become the Fat HEALTHY Cat and those that are and were the “Fat Cats” and Governmental Officials involved in causing and allowing the Health abuses and Fraud to be committed unabated.
To face the wrath of the citizen’s they abused and defrauded and hopefully wallow in prison. The sooner the better.
