BEE And Charities - the unjust law

02 November 2012, 07:10

BEE And Charities

So giving money to charity could mean that your business lose points on your BEE scorecard. Wow the government has really outdone itself on this one; It has forced businessmen to chouse between the welfare of black or white, in my mind charities don’t discriminate to who they help.  I mean why would they? People in need don’t choose to be in need, and charities perform a vital part in society, by helping people animals and society as a hole

This got me thinking about BBE and AA al a hole and how it is being implemented.

These laws are in essence controversial, as it deals with race, specifically whites , its about taking a piece of cake out of the guys who have it hands, and forcing you to give it to someone who does not have a piece of cake . Now this to a have not person should make sense as the have not is now getting a peace of the cake.

Now our piece of cake is only that big , and  our have knot’s is way bigger population wise than the cake is , So in this prospective , of course BEE and AA will not  work .

THE only solution here is to bake a cake big enough for every body

The reality is AA and BEE is hammering the growth needed to bake that economic cake, is cost business billions to do business witch could have been used to grow companies instead of hampering growth

The reality is if the cake was big enough busses would have to tap into the have not,s for

Human capital in any event, so why then continue with a policy, witch is basically not achieving its set goals

It makes me wonder if this is just a excuse, on the part of government to get payback for apartheid, What they should realize is that apartheid is dead and it has been dead for 19 years, and get this weal of discrimination and black and white racist laws thrown out and then start to make real effective changes to get the economy rolling so that the back majority can stand on their own two feet and rise up and be proud!!!

There is no REAL reason for policies like BBE and AA in fact a black man who starts a business today has the same risks as his white counterpart, and there is no reason why he would not succeed.

Witch brings me to education with out education all of us black white, Asian and mix race are doomed, so why then dump the text books? What could be the agenda?  Could it be that they don’t want you to succeed, it has been proven with education comes financial success, makes you think hay.

So here is my challenge to business Ignore this nonsense, of donations to  only black charity’s and  realize charities are there to help every one not just blacks, but every one they are non profit  organs and they are there for the benefit of all men.

Just like our economy
