I would really love to know why people go out of their way to set up campaigns, print out t-shirts, donate thousands and thousands of rands, and build websites in order to “save the frogs” or any other animal for that matter.
Do not get me wrong, I am not saying that we shouldn’t save them from our endangered environment, we have to save them because they are defenseless on their own and we do love them.
But there are children somewhere in our communities and in Africa starving, and the money that gets used to print out those t-shirts, can buy bread, buy a book and pencil, after all, children are our future and education is the key to a better and brighter country.
So let us take into consideration and become conscious that a person’s life is more valuable and priceless than anything and everything on this earth.
