I am perplexed, dumbstruck and confused.
I won the Superfan experience from Caslte Lager and Highveld Stereo on Twitter. When I asked Jessica from Ogilvy’s (the company running the Castle Lager PR) on Wednesday last week if there was not an opportunity that I could do another Superfan experience because of the fact that I had paid my entry and was due to do the Impi Saturday morning she stated there was no other Superfan experiences, only the one. Then I went onto Castle's site and see there was a similar Superfan experience the Friday at Loftus, it was confusing but I left it as I had already cancelled my Impi participation and my wife had to go do it alone. So Saturday during the Impi my wife fell really badly and might have broken her hand, the problem was I was not there to help her because I was at Loftus, a fact that makes me sad and mad because my wife is my whole life. Then today I see there is another Superfan experience at FNB Stadium, something Jessica pertinently said was not going to happen as Castle apparently do not deal with FNB and therefore she straight-up lied to me. Why would she lie? Why could she not just say that she could not change the dates and that they are not flexible wrt the plans. Rather be honest because the truth always comes out.
Ogilvy's and Castle have managed to take a very pleasant experience that has done wonders for the Castle brand and have totally ruined it for me and seriously damaged the Castle brand. I do not believe the information she gave me was truthful and she consciously deceived me and therefore I am very dissatisfied.
