There is nothing worse than a bigot, and the Oscar fiasco has dragged them kicking and screaming out of their holes.
Consider this: News24 ran a voting booth about the media coverage of Oscar trial.
The results are:
18% chose “Has been riveting”
25% chose “Shows the power of the media online”
. . . and a whopping 57% chose “Shows how insensitive and sensational the media has become.”
And it is this 56% that can be roundly pegged off into the hole called BIGOT!
Why?
Simple, because the most read article on Tuesday (and will be today as well) – is surprise surprise -- The live tweet section direct from the trial!
If every reader on News24 was HONEST, the poll results would have reflected RIVETING as the majority choice.
Lets face it, we haven’t seen entertainment like this since OJ Simpson, and we are lovin’ it.
Tributes will pour in for Reeva Steenkamp, but precious few of us knew her, so let’s not get too sentimental over someone we do not know. We are not her family.
BIGOTS, please, don’t try act disgusted by the media when you, their target market, ogle every new tweet posted.
I mention this bigotry because it proves the calibre of person I am up against when I try and promote my meat-free way of life.
Hoo boy! There they are destroying our planet and acting all self-righteous when I point out the error of their ways.
