Burning Live Sheep - Superstition - Disgusting

19 June 2014, 10:52
If I heard right on the news, one of the miners today will testify that they burned a live sheep.... a live one!... in a magic ceremony to stop the bullets.
Looking for R12,500 per month, these people are declaring themselves as more than simple labourers.
I abhor killing of any kind, but if that report is true, I am tempted to rejoice that the bullets persuaded them of their error in thinking.  Let's hope then that no more live animals are burned for superstitious or any other reasons.
