Cosatu stands firm on opposing youth subsidy in spite of ANC’s assurances

06 February 2013, 12:03
In response to the mentioned article published I find it rather bizarre that Cosatu would find it any of their business to go against any initiative created for the youth.

For starters he is the union leader that represents the workers. I would think that any concept or idea should be supported. It would be a worthy  exercise if it means the possible increase of youngsters introduced to the working world. Lets weigh and measure the exercise and then decide if it is a positive move or not.

If i was a young unemployed South African I would be very confused at why this high earning individual feels comfort in resisting initiatives that may help me or give me a chance to enter the work force.
