Crazy Parenting Style: Part 2

12 March 2014, 08:35
You are sitting restfully with legs comfortably inclined above knee level with a comfy supporting pillow for your occasional back pains after your regular long tedious corporate workday. Indeed, you are a grown up mature woman with graceful aging medical complications worsened by the fear of your nearing menopause.

It is reasonably so, to be in that feeble feminine state of erosion especially with almost two decades of child incubation and nesting under your fertile pelvic waist. You have fully embraced the feminine ideology of being called a woman and more profoundly a loving and caring mother. Your motherly status goes beyond a mere maternal duty and can now be likened to a calling- a destiny- if you will.

You can obliviously be caught by a discerning onlooker with your slow spreading smile while glancing admirable at your “not so young anymore”-male offspring, saying inaudibly to yourself : “Wow my little baby, looks like a grown man.” Only to be snapped back from your dreamland by his concerned deepening voice: “Mama, are you alright?”. Asks your adorable son.

Yeah! I’m alright my boy! - you protectively assure him as you gladly wipe the dripping tears of joy from your blushing cheeks. Literally in a blink of an eye, your boy has grown from a toddler to a mutant teenage individual. My man, as you would call him in the company of your girlfriends!
