Curious about the mark on the bat ?

13 March 2014, 11:59
Tell you why I am so curious.
There were photo's taken of the crime scene and of the door and its pieces,
It seems the evidence was tampered with, I'm not talking about a policeman's  foot prints, I am talking about a massive mark, proved by the defenses forensics that is was caused by Oscars's prosthetic .
But how obvious is it that forensic tests was done, on a mark that was placed after the 14th ?
Should Barry and Olwage not have an investigation done to see what involvement they have in it ?
The photo's show that the mark was not there ?
Yet Barry has already got a forensic expert? I am sure Mr Nel will identify this,
Never have I seen a poorer defense,
The length of this trial is getting to my nerves,
Justice moves to slowly,
This case is revealing so much about SA it is worth listing,
I am more interested in the 'mavericks' as they call them.
Lawyers that will do anything to win a case,
I do not trust Oldwage nor Roux and I could never ever trust them after their defense of Oscar,
Yes everybody deserves a fair defense, But it is not right that so much money is needed for it,
As only my own opinion,
Oscar did not go through this alone that night,
Seems he had a legal team already on the phone , guiding him, telling him to close the bathroom window, Move the body, etc etc etc, we will be there now, say nothing, say you thought it was an intruder etc etc etc,
Too much calculation done and too much evidence points to a mad man as apposed to a scared man,
I rely on the judge to see what we see,
Why would the forensic expert test a foot mark or prosthetic mark that was not there at the time of the incident ?
Photos prove that the evidence was tampered with,
Funny how Barry knew all the detail of the mark that was never there ?
Ja Barry,
I put to you, Can we allow Oscar to plead dumb about such a deliberate act ?
