Because...................I think I came upon the WORST road in East London !!
I have written about the extent of the condition of this road in the past with pot holes all over the place (never fixed permanently ) just filled up with Sabunga???
This road , since then, has deteriorated even further. BCM has no alternative ,but to re-surface this entire road/s all around WEIRS Cash and Carry (a multi million rand turnover business) and around the corner KIT KAT who has just recently ploughed in millions of rands to Take over Metro Cash and Carry and bring Business to East London. Yet BCM seems to find that there is no urgency in re-surfacing these roads (not even prepared to repair them)!!!!
To find the worst road in East London (in my opinion) take a drive to St Paul’s road in lower North end and surrounding roads............Oh how sad a situation.
And we are now supposed to be classified as a Metropolitan City......................laughable !!!!!
