I’m always left with astound and ablaze face every time I read anything about doctors being prosecuted for mischief.
We would have expected some of them to maybe be just white collar type of criminals, swimming in fraud-like crimes, probably misled by the greediness that sleeps deep in human nature.
But when I read, hear and learn that some of them are actually charged with crimes as dark as sexual assault or man slaughtering, I’m left speechless and deeply in shock.
For any sick person, illness is a moment of weakness both morally and physically. In our quest to regain the integrity of our selves we do surrender our whole being to a person we entrust with the noble task of lifting us from the dark anxious-giving status of a sick person to that of a healthy one.
Instead of taking our pain away, instead of offering us comfort and helping us recover our moral and physical integrity, what filthy and distorted mind will think of doing just the contrary which is increasing our load of pain by harming us? Neglecting to meanly work on what we paid for in the first place, getting our health back.
How can a doctor be accused of raping patients? Is it just a setup? A dishonest plan or trick from these women? I do want to know because I can’t believe my ears.
How can I with confidence drop my wife tomorrow to her male gynaecologist when ink is being shed on newspapers about doctors sexually assaulting patients? Seriously, six years and more of studying medicine should have changed you a fellow, notions of medical ethics must have made whoever this is all about a better person. I know doctors are surrounded by a great deal of temptation but didn’t they also study how to cast it all away?
As we always say, everyone is innocent until proven guilty; I’m just shocked by the increasing number of time I read about doctors misconducts which is in my opinion a mirror that shows the level of decline of our society.
