This next election the ANC will be weaker, they will not get a two thirds majority. The emergence of the EFF and Agang as genuine "black" opposition contenders will ensure the ANC loses a lot of votes. The DA will still be strong, but still perceived too "white" by the majority of black voters.
The ANC will continue with its mismanagement and corruption, it has proved it is unable or unwilling to deal with these problems. The EFF will pressure them into using populist tactics instead of constructive governance to keep their voters. The poor and uneducated will steadily lean more towards the EFF - and they are the majority of South Africans. The ANC created their own demise, by dumbing down the education system, and failing in terms of service delivery to poor communities.
ANC policies will become more and more anti white, to help shift the blame for their failures to the usual scapegoat of apartheid and white unwillingness to part with wealth. Their leaders and connected buddies will continue to enrich themselves with taxpayer money - rather than using the money to uplift the poor. The country will become more and more racially polarised as the ANC starts to panic. Right wing elements will emerge which further fuel the anti white sentiment in the country.
By the next election, the EFF will win, not by a big margin, but win nonetheless. The circumstances leading up to that election will favour a radical party rather than a sane party like Agang, Cope or DA. The Idi Amin like figure of Malema will be at the helm, and immediately start with radical policies and aggressively implement them. Many ANC leaders will leave the ANC and flock to the EFF - they will want to stay in touch with the Gravy Train.
Land seizures will follow, some resistance will be offered and quite a few white people will die in the process. A large white immigration will follow - north into African countries, and overseas. Those that stay will be marginalised, but will adapt and survive. The Indian community will also be victimised, and degraded to basically second class citizens, who are allowed to continue with business but not allowed to make political noises. I'm not sure what will happen to coloured communities.
Banks will collapse, as the seized farms and businesses will be unable to repay loans. The value of the rand will collapse. Government takeover of mines will be chaotic and violence will ensue. Wages will not be able to be paid, and anarchy will prevail. Foreign investment will dry up completely, even the Chinese will wait for stability before getting involved. That time lapse may not be affordable. Pension schemes will lose all value. The state will lose most of its revenue, as most businesses will collapse, resulting in a bankrupt state. Malema will have no choice but to bring in the army to keep control of the nation. The army and police will lose independence and becomes tools of oppression. Opposition parties will be banned, as with such chaos, the state will need every kind of control possible.
The ruling elite will still be able to maintain their lives of luxury, and huge resources will be used for their protection. Like Zimbabwe, people will still survive, but the number of poor people will quadruple within a year. These poor will still generally support brother leader Malema, as state propaganda will blame all the mess on apartheid and white greed, on on the ANC being a puppet of white monopoly capital. The media will of coarse be state controlled, and used purely as a tool to manipulate the masses minds into allowing the ruling elite to continue their pillaging at will.
South Africa will import a lot of basic food, as farming will be generally inefficient and unable to support large urban populations. State health care will be virtually non existent, with most well qualified doctors having immigrated. Education will be poor for the poor (consisting largely of indoctrination), and excellent for the elite as the elite private schools will remain.
Malema will rule for 32 years, and the country will never achieve for its people what the once noble ANC had intended. Things will improve a bit as the dictatorship establishes itself, and supporters of the dictator prop the regime for the benefit of milking the countries assets. But freedom will be gone.
The above scenario is very possible. I suppose at least one positive will be that revenge on the whites will be complete. Pity that it happened at the expense of the majority. Ah well, Happy Blue Monday.
