Earning easy money

08 January 2013, 15:49

To understand how to easily make lots and lots of cash you must first open your eyes and realize how the monetary system works.

We cannot afford to be ethical
Our current economy thrives on scarcity. Is fueled by debt. Is setup to fail. Honesty (or ethics) and our current monetary system is like oil and water they do not mix.

Here is an unimaginative example: Shop A and Shop B offer similar services or products. The owner of Shop A is a honest man and tell prospects that they can find a similar items at a better price or better quality at Shop B. Shop A makes little to no profit and is liquidated. Shop B’s owner has no problem with being dishonest and continues to sell products even those with higher markup.

Enslaved to debt indefinitely
If nobody made debt. There would not be a physical cent or note left in circulation. If everyone paid back all debt including debt incurred by government at the reserve bank there would not be a single cent left to payoff the interest charged upon loans etc. Therefore we are enslaved to debt indefinitely.

Money out of thin air
Bank are required to have certain reserve to be able to grant loans to their customers. What you most likely don’t know is that when a bank grants for instance a R1000 loan to a poor sob, they create it by book keeping entry on their computer system. As soon as the R1000 is deposited into the sob’s account the bank adds the deposited value to their reserve and because they only need a small percentage in reserve they can then grant loans worth R9000 on top of the original R1000

This can almost loop infinitely. 9 other people sign for a R1000 loan. The bank can immediately sign up 81 more people for a R1000 loan and so the cycle continues.

This is how the banks make money out of thin air and profits even more on it.

Banks, bonds and repossessions
Mr Daley, an american citizen’s home was repossessed however he won a court case against the bank and he got his home back.

It was found by the judge that the bank never put up anything of value when the contract was signed. The bank manager said the bond was created by book keeping entry. The judge also said on record only god can make something of value out of nothing.
