As you know, Mr Preacher-Man will always have something to share, of course with those who are interested.
Now, we all know that relationships are important and affect us deeper than we are willing to admit. It doesn’t matter if you are Mr Cents or a Millionaire – relationships affect us deeply, especially romantic relationships.
Just thought I should share the following with you: When you enter into a relationship, especially a romantic one, with someone, always make sure that you consider their other relationship.
What kind of a personal relationship is the person you are interested in having with the world?
We all have a personal relationship with the world. Our status updates are an indication of how we relate with the world. Our comments, irritations, joys, victories and give-that-man-a-Bells-moments are always a tiny give away of how we personally relate to the world.
You see, my personal relationship with the world is that of a school and a student. To me, everything is a lesson and that’s how I relate with the world.
Now, how we relate with the world can affect how we relate with that significant other and vice versa. If I don’t know how a woman relates with the world, which consequently forms part of her world story in her mind, I will not be able to navigate our relationship with ease. We can call this the Collision of Relationships.
So, next time you attempt to get into a relationship with someone, just put on your observatory mind and watch what kind of relationship they have with the world; otherwise, you will spend most of your time dealing with the consequences of your ignorance.
In short, mind that relationship, or lose your mind.
