I think it is the time that the South Africa focus on radical policies for the sake of the poor, as it is very vivid even in the eyes of the blind. In South Africa the people who are rich get richer and the poor get even poorer. Those in power are extremely conservative, no one wants to loose or back down. It is very clear that every man wants to ‘chew’ from the country’s resources.

The current employment system is not really working as people are still hired because of who they know and the background still matters.
All in all we need are leaders that are not selfish and who have the interest of the poor in their hearts and who clearly understand the simple definition of politics which is to allocate resources and providing service to the people at large.
