Excellent Service
A few months back I saw Dr. Mol on TV3, he was talking about zinc and magnesium supplements. I was already taking a multivitamin plus vitamin B supplements manufactured by Brunel. I mailed their customer help line. Within two hours I received a mail back from Leana Bronkhurst. She was very sorry; they did not manufacture zinc and magnesium supplements on their own.
Leana suggested i try Lipovit multivitamin, and proceeded to make arrangements to send me two sample bottles of 60 capsules each, for me to try. After trying them for two weeks, i reported to Leana that since taking them my energy levels had risen. I enquired from her if i could purchase them from her. This was not allowed.
I tried for two weeks to find someone in Durban who was selling Lipovit, with no success. This is where Theunis, the Durban rep, comes into the story. He made sure that Dischem Westville would receive the stock. A week late i was able to purchase Lipovit from Dischem.
I am still amazed at the lengths both Leana and Theunis went to on my behalf. Thanks “guys”, I hope your boss knows how dedicated you are!
