Unfortunately cannot share the sentiment of others that praises Ford for good or excellent service, however can say that the sales team provided not 5 star but 10 star treatment. The after sales service is not anything to be desired for. Since I bought my Fiesta, it was a disaster. Almost had to return 3 times per defect reported to rectify as well as the fact that my fuel consumption is still after 33 months not sorted out and have no alternative to tell others about it as I have exhausted my options with the Dealership. Even Ford Motor Company South Africa as they sent me an e-mail closing my complaint as solved when I haven't even received any feedback. Fuel consumption is advertised as 6.7lt per 100 km but I have reported my experience of 10lt per 100km on numerous occasions. On the last visit to the dealer, they promised me that an Engineer from Ford Motor Company would attend to the problem, but after three weeks received no feedback. It needs to be stated that the Ford Fiesta Sedan is a lovely looking vehicle and very enjoyable to drive and even referred a couple of colleagues who purchased fords, but service like this will ensure that I will be lost as a future client, doing business with other motor families other than with the Ford Family. Come on Ford own up and sort this problem please!!!!!!!!!!!!!
