Agang is very interesting because it is different and will surely keep people thinking, because they do know good will come up.
As a platform for a political parties appears to have to function as the heart to pump blood in South Africa (SA). It knows the potential of nation and what it needs to benefit quantity. It should emphasise the need for competent and capable South Africans holding positions. Agang can run for president.
Recently opposition in parliament lost confidence in President Jacob Zuma, there was government reshuffles, etc. That can happen on any other person not delivering on government position. Those are opportunities for professional politicians, there is still a gap for that. such instances open the system for competent individuals to stand a chance.
In Agang I expect flexible policy decisions, structured as the populace would want, for South African political parties. It appear to be very targeting interests of individuals and very tolerant of which ever party you come from. When ever you hold a position they will flex around even if it means using others policies but very then cartel service delivery, eg Thabo Mbeki who was recalled,ANC losing confidence on Combrink of the DA. DA believe in Ramphele. With her leadership, with her experience, she is capacitated, with her educational background she knows what South Africa long for. Parties must work with her.
For political engineering, parties shall trust Agang in favor of quality and forward roles, and responsibilities and positions, which infact South Africans do need to regain confidence on government service delivery, this is not new in SA.
Agang for a platform it should be open for hire and volunteer whether position in another political party or government. That's basically how the members of Agang somehow should carry themselves.
Agang does appear to also pursue to professionalise being a politician than many parties whose approach is to socialise its members.
They must lead in political economics education and programmes as many are still paralysed on such.
It make sense to think a competent person like Ramphele can be president and I know a 16 year old child think that she can make better first lady even the ANC president is less competent when compared to Ramphele. She is one of the women who can lead the country to the best.
Individuals must just prepare themselves to be of service for their country.
