Interested and or concerned unsuspecting Genuine Dairy customers and consumers may want to take not of the fact that the:
That the First NOVEL ( aka a first/new in South African Law) CRIMINAL Case is set down to commence in a Court of Law on the 6th of June 2012, in Kzn.
This against a Major Retailer Brand in the Food and Beverage Industry regarding IMITATION DAIRY PRODUCTS ( aka NON Dairy – Dairy Free products) advertised, marketed, distributed and sold to unsuspecting customers and consumers as GENUINE BOVINE DAIRY PRODUCTS( aka REAL Dairy products).
Imitation Dairy Products unsuspecting customers and consumers were misled but not limited to this reason, to believe were FRESH Cream, (as much as there is NO such product as “Fresh” Cream, as it is a industrially produced product in most if not all instances by the F&B Industry/s), CREAM and BUTTER CREAM etc. Used On and or In and or forming part of various food products.
Whilst this is the First Criminal matter, rest assured there are many other Leading Retailers and Hospitality Role players Companies and Groups that have been investigated and are also facing same / similar prosecution at the conclusion of this criminal matter should guilt be confirmed by the Court Hearing the matter.
Worthy to add that ALL those that have been found NON compliant with various Regulating Authority Legislation’s and Regulations etc that forbid and or prohibit the business mannerisms conducted have indeed admitted Guilt.
Even though they have admitted guilt and been officially warned by Governmental Regulating Authorities, some many times they simply refuse/d to STOP their various heinous, dastardly, immoral, fraudulent and unethical business mannerisms against the Population of the Nation. Many have admitted they have been guilty for in excess of twenty years. THAT’S 20 YEARS and COUNTING!
Hopefully my 3 years of fighting the Government and Food and Beverage Industry on this serious and heinous matter will have positive results for myself and yes the Country as a whole in the very near future.
Not that this is my one and only matter, that I intend to have brought to Justice in the near future.
