How can the DA get the black man's vote ?

17 March 2014, 08:03
Stop window dressing. Use your best and your sharpest to lead.
Helen Zille , Tony Leon are bulldozers of power and strength .
You cannot stand behind a black man and show your strength.
You cannot push black people into positions and expect miracles.
Show your strength and black people will be inspired.
You really want the black mans vote ?

Focus on Malema's followers, Focus on what he has created .
He has rallied the weak, The poor and the less educated.
He has identified with the most polarized in SA.
We need to tap into each and every 1 of them.
He has surely created a data base of opportunity.
If I was leading the DA, I would advertise opportunity to the EFF followers,
Let us create a platform for these people,
The unemployed, the less skilled and the needy are essentially whom we need to look out for.
Nobody is listening to them, Malema is rounding them up and promising them land and mines and who knows what.
We need to offer them bursaries, apprenticeships or some skill enhancement opportunities . We can listen to each and every 1 of them, we can recruit volunteers that can assist them with some kind of life plan.
We need to rally businesses to help and we need to offer more than a food parcel before election time.
The DA is dynamic in their prudence to show all the ANC's faults, But would be more effective offering real help and doing something.
Only when we are willing to engage with the poorest of the poor , will we show the current working force what we are about.
They too will change their vote, Who says all black people want a black president ? They do not i assure you.
Stop window dressing and stop the politicking...
Create initiatives for the poor and the needy and the hopeless.

Strategic Disruption

There is, for some reason, an attraction to falling in line, following the rules, and playing this business game by the books. If you want to be an agent for change within the company, and let them know that you are not just a minion, be disruptive. Read more...
