How to crash a point into government

10 February 2014, 10:01

Potholes, uneven roads or tar roads with dirt patches have become common experiences by drivers across South Africa. Our bad roads have become a metaphor for our failed, ANC-led government, more than violent service delivery strikes or the massacre of Marikana's miners.

This video is as ironically funny as our bad roads get and, along with the pothole babe i shared with you last month, will probably do more to draw attention to the problems we're facing in failing infrastructure than all protesting citizens and interest groups combined.

During an inspection by Provincial MPs and the SABC interview of an official complaining about the bad roads, cars crash behind them. View it here.
