I know I’m certainly no psychologist, but I am quite observant & with a little help from George Carlin & reading up on history I can safely claim that we are animals!
Recently Anene Booysen, the “Bredasdorp Rape Victim” as some people know her, was raped & murdered by human beings. During mating season, most male animals, such as the rooster can be observed forcing itself on a hen & we ignore it because it’s natural, “they’re animals” we’ll say. “Are we not animals ?” is the question that pops into my head whenever I hear that phrase. I’m not saying that we’re on the same level of mental capacity as the hen & the rooster, although there is always an exception, especially with us humans.
I know, we’re the smartest animals on the planet, but that’s because they’re only taking the intellectuals into the count. There are some people who don’t bother to learn anything, they live by the phrase “Ignorance is bliss” & really there’s nothing wrong with that, but I hate when these Neanderthals fling their dung, I mean opinion, at the world. But we’re animals! That imbecile expressing his opinion was trained to always speak their mind, their trainers, or parents, forgot to train the animal to make informed expressions.
Look at religion, probably a touchy one, but you’re born & raised in a Christian family & if you’re parents train you well enough you’ll be screaming “Jesus is Lord!” in no time. & if you were born in an Arabic country, you could become one of the men enjoying all those virgins they promise. I say they were well trained, because they can’t break away from the indoctrination.
Granted, we’re the only creatures capable of defying & even changing our nature, we’re ANIMALS!
