Is God selfish?

22 August 2013, 08:43
I'm a born again, baptised in one of the most known Christian churches in the world, I endured in Christ and kept my faith in God, I realized during my life's ups and downs that God is actually not testing us but actually playing with  us.

God knows that when he makes you rich or give you what you want, you will never bow your head down and pray for him anymore, he can't make you rich because you will never respect him or his subjects again, only the poor people endure in Christ fully. No one goes to Christ willingly, there is a reason for you to keep faith in him, God plays that role of making your life steadily difficult thus he knows you will turn to no one but Jesus, God is playing us like a deserted prey which is about to be caught by its predator. God can never, ever give you what you want. Humans need money, they need wealth, they need love, they need respect, they need intellectual dignity and so on but God will only deliver the so called "wisdom" which no one knows how it works and impatiently wisdom never give us what we want but it (wisdom) makes us accept what we have and what we can't have nor don't have.

God is selfish? Yes he is selfish because he creates space for himself in you to further worship him, he knows you wont beg him when you have what you want and thus he gives you perhaps a piece of what you can have and a knowledge of what you can have, but inevitable he does not deliver. it is fate and destiny that every human must succeed. God is only an opportunist who is using everyone in needy to reach out the message that he is the only God and Satan is playing his role of making us understand who we truly are, that is why we sin everyday, and according to Satan it is okay because we are destined to sin, but according to God, it is fatal to sin and thus we will go to hell. So Why bother trying to prove to yourself that you're worthy to God? Why can't he prove himself that he is worthy on you by giving you what you pray for? Is he afraid of competition, because all other gods are giving their people what they want, why can't your God give you what you want?

I am still a student studying but I can very well tell you that it is not in God's plans that I graduate anytime soon. He is giving me a reason to pray more and more and keep asking, but I can tell you now that after studying, I will pray for something else which is what he wants, if he loves us so much, why can't he cure wasting diseases? Why can't he give sight to the blind? why can't he give wealth to those who need it? Why can't he make us all succeed? We were all pushed to Christ, but what rewards are we to get? pray until your mouth gets dry? I'm so disappointed in him.
