For almost a month now, I have been trying to get a response from MTN South Africa. At first it was to get an answer to a question. Now, it is to get an answer.

Every time I contact MTN to ask why their data speeds are so terrible, I get referred to their coverage department. And every time I ask the coverage department the same question, they simply tell me that it is not their department. So firstly MTN lies to it's customers.

In the meantime, I have had responses on Facebook saying they are looking into it, and will get back to me (or they tell me to do thing that don't work).

I am not alone in the matter. Peoples cries are going unheeded while this company just sits back an claims to be the best. Well I think they are the best... At disrespecting and ignoring their customers.
