Jesus the Lamb

17 March 2014, 16:13

The New International version tells us that “The men of Nineveh will stand up with this generation at the judgment and condemn it, because they repented at the preaching of Jonah; and behold, something greater than Jonah is here”. From the early years of Religion, “Man” have constantly seek out for something greater than the ordinary. It is Man’s instinct to find answers that could justify his existence, whether they are justifiable or not. And it was the case during the period that Jesus walked this earth and proclaimed the Good News, both to the believer and the pagan alike. We want to believe on acts of “works” something tangible, to be convinced of the existence of the Creator. It has been over 2000 years since those words were spoken, but the circumstances are still the same, people are hoping for “miracles” hence you find so many churches and occults practices sprouting up all over the world. How many churches, with different names like Church of Christ; Followers of Jesus; Jesus Disciples etc. etc. who are adamant that they have the true “revelation”of the Bible. Along the way some “miracle seeker” keep jumping ship now and again for that true miracle that would change his life to a Real “Christian”. Even those who are anti-Christ or non-believers they so wish to see a miracle one day, but they are constantly oppose to the fact that there’s a Creator who made this Universe for all to live. I wonder how long shall we wait to see that one “miracle” before who can truly accept that there is a God, the Almighty Creator.
