Just wondering...

The Texas Roundhead

A great story from Texas; the world’s worst police sketch of a suspect. Amazingly, he was caught.
Someone asked if the victim had been mugged by a cartoon

Thanks to  the Lamarr Police Dept and the Daily Star.

Highway to Heaven

Still in the US of A, an ancient (and dead) biker-dude in Ohio has been buried riding his Harley.

The photo shows the deceased, stuffed and mounted on his bike. The whole box is his coffin, and it was buried as you see it.  Shame about the ’67 Electraglide, I wonder how long before someone digs it up?

Crocodile Roth

Angler Bazil Roth from Botswana had his foot grabbed by a 2.4m (7 foot) crocodile, according to Volksblad, while sleeping in a tent close to the water at Rust de Winter dam. Rust de Winter is known for its crocs and hippos. Bazil and his buddy Barend Lamprecht beat off the croc with everything they could lay their hands on, and the croc retreated into the water, The manne went back to sleep. So far, so lekker, after all Africa is not for sissies, if you can’t handle a crocodile you shouldn’t be out there in the bush. But it seems the ankle-tap was not the first encounter with the croc that night, it had already crashed over their tent and ripped it some time earlier, and they chased it back into the water that time as well. Maybe they should have taken the hint.

Thanks to News24 and Volksblad
