Lady Gaga and Computicket Fail!

Today at 9AM CAT Computicket opened online sales for the world's biggest Pop Diva - Lady Gaga.

They introduced a new system called "Queue-it"....Thousand of online users rushed to Computicket's website since 7am to try and get their spot in the queue to buy their pop star's tickets!

To their dissapointment, The system fails with 3D Secure Errors / Some users don't move up in the queue / Website Time Outs etc...

Computicket comes back with excuses on their Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/computicket) blaming everything on the banks, not realising that some users actually do work for the banks and know that there is no problem.

The biggest upset came when users who joined the queue after 10am got tickets within 15 minutes whilst users who were in the queue at 9am are still waiting. They have been waiting for 4 hours and still have no tickets to show.

This proves to us that South Africa still have problems handling big events, especially when big pop stars come here. I wonder if the same problems will be experienced by Gaga as what Roxette experienced at the airport..

My My....no wonder we wait YEARS to see our Pop and Rocks Start performing in South Africa...
