I have often been amazed by the fashion sense of people, especially this winter. Who the hell came up with the idea that leggings and stocking are pants? Because they are black doesn’t make them pants, I have seen crazy stuff l mean people come on, seriously? If worn over long jerseys leggings are understandable, it generally covers the behind.
Most women are blessed with relatively big back sides but have you ever asked your asked yourself what the person behind you sees when they look at you? Lingerie is meant to be inside, hidden from the view of the general public, do correct me if am wrong. Imagine a big woman wearing these leggings with a fashionable top that is barely covering the waist, with a very colourful in garment; l had to witness that just today, my word I felt embarrassed, wished l could cover her with my jacket just to protect my identity as a woman.
Somewhere between the need to be liberal and independent and having an identity, we have taken it a bit to the extreme especially when it comes to clothes. Yes we are free to put on whatever we want but do consider the people around you; how they will look at you. Yes people should mind their own business but when your business is right in their faces, maybe just maybe you need to ask yourself the question; would you want t see that in front of you? Wouldn’t you be disgusted by what you see?
Let us remember ladies when we are dressing up for work, or day out with friends; leggings and stockings are not pants.
