MadibaDimensional Leadership

18 July 2012, 07:14

There is a universal dream that we all share as a people; it’s that we all would like to have an impact in this world. We all would like to be remembered for something. Though beautiful our dream, we don’t always know how to pursue it from a divine objective. I therefore thought, what better way to share ways on how to explore this universal dream than to zoom in on the type of leadership we universally acknowledge and honour, the MadibaDimensional Leadership.

The MadibaDimensional Leadership is a multidimensional leadership that starts with the understanding that leadership is about self mastery. You need to be able to lead yourself in order to lead others. At the core of self mastery lies a rooted knowledge that self is a combination of Mind, Heart, Soul and Body. Self Mastery acknowledges the importance to nurture the above components of self. So how do we practically exercise this MadibaDimensional Leadership?

  1. Mind- MadibaDimensional leaders nurture their mind through reading, they are always eager to learn more and expand their knowledge. MadibaDimensional leaders practise thought management, the ability to be cognisant of thoughts entering and leaving your mind with the realisation that thought is creative. MadibaDimensional leaders feed their minds with positive thoughts because they know that whatever you give attention to, you attract.
  1. Heart- MadibaDimensional leaders nurture their hearts through love. They are aware that at any given time; fear, anger, guilt, hate will call you to a meeting but you have a choice not to attend. They are also aware that at times you will find yourself chairing a meeting called by anger but instead of seeing that as a failure, you just see that as a reminder that you are still in the process of being absolute love. MadibaDimensional leaders are about appreciating the oneness and uniqueness in people and embracing those aspects without judgement

  1. Soul- MadidaDimensional leaders are walking prayers, they afford themselves time to enjoy the blessing of silence and space and connect to their inner self. They embrace the knowledge that we are all connected and therefore the concerns of others are my concerns, whether directly or indirectly. MadibaDimensional leaders are in tune with their souls and are therefore inspirational; they have a divine ability to remind people of their inherent Godful selves.

  1. Body- MadibaDimensional leaders realise that the body needs to be cared for, they exercise, eat food that nurtures their body and are disciplined in their engagement with food, their have a spirit of enough. They therefore are not ruled by greed.

Disclaimer-embracing these MadibaDimensional leadership principles might not result in you making the headlines but it sure will improve the quality of your life.
