March in February

14 February 2014, 20:30

It's no other but Mad Jackson, with his fist raised to the sky.

When he threatens all the DA members, if they march they’ll die.

He says the marchers will have guns, and shields and break the law

He says it cause he knows the ANC have done it all before.

Oh, the members can be angry when around Luthuli house

You can swear when they’re in Cape Town they’re as quiet as a mouse.

They’ll apprehend the marchers, and throw bricks and hammers too

Cause it’s not like when they’re in the Cape and flooding it with poo.

The court has said it’s fine to march, and stay within the law

The ANC has said ‘no way’, this was an act of war.

A sea of blue and yellow shirts flowed into Joburg town

But another, yellow black and green, swore they would bring them down

The cops were there and fired stun grenades into the crowd,

With venom on his lips, our Jackson cursed the cops aloud.

‘You fools!’ he screamed. ‘How can you let these bigots get away?

It’s we who pay your salary, you will regret this day!’

The DA never made it to the designated square

The ANC made sure that they would never make it there

A number of their members were arrested by the cops

And yet Jackson Mthembu feels the ANC was tops

Now cadres are a sorry lot, what little care have they?

They’ll spend the night in jail and then walk free on the next day.

They riot and they bring the country’s farmers to their knees

And lay the blame on everyone, and do just as they please

Apartheid is the reason for the state our country’s in

And Zuma said so in his speech, which should go in the bin.

His State of Nation speech, was over-long and quite absurd

For you and I and anyone, could say it in one word

The state of this, our nation, is just like a dead dog’s turd.
