My Citi Bus driver fired after being found innocent.

24 January 2014, 11:49
Regarding the My Citi bus driver that was involved in the fatal accident (November 2013) of a pedestrian j-walking across the bus lane. The bus driver (his name will stay anonymous) was found innocent, of any wrong doing, in court. However he was dismissed from his duties (fired) by My Citi. My Citi did not at any time contact any of the witnesses for statements.
I would like the DA to explain this if they aware of the "unfair" treatment of the bus driver!
