You have schools closing down, people who are living without proper toilets or even access to clean water. Some of your people are homeless and a fair number of your future leaders are today not in school because, they cannot afford to. Hard workers are striking because of the NEED for better pay and some of them even died for it. The crime rate is rising.
I look at my seven year old brother and I feel shudders down my spine, I feel a sense of fear and uncertainty causing me to be worried and concerned. Are you showing them a good example of how to behave in the position of power? I honestly and morally do not think so.
My brother told me that he wants to become President of the country when he grows up, and I was shocked when he told me the reasons why. I will not go into detail about his reasons yet, I will point out that his main idea behind his career choice is that he will be able to spend loads and loads of money on useless and flashy things without anyone telling him he cannot. With all due respect, I am not comparing you to my little brother. I am merely pointing out the sort of example you are setting for our future generation. In a sense, you are setting an example of monetary abuse and dictatorship.
I thought he would say he wants to be President because, he would like to help the needy etc (you get the idea) yet, he had none of that in mind. All he had was the glitz and glam that goes with being the President of a country.
I am ashamed of you as a President because, you have no spirit of Ubuntu. How often do we see you helping out somewhere among our more disadvantaged communities around the country?(not just KZN). Do you even care or think of the rest of the country? I just wonder.
Are you proud of yourself as the President of South Africa? I mean, having to explain yourself when addressing the Leaders of other countries based on the state of your country. I am a very understanding person yet, I cannot understand why you would spend R203million on the Inkandla project while your country is in such a state. Building bunkers unnecessarily when some of your people do not even have on-surface shelter, or maybe there is a war coming soon that you are not telling your citizens(people) about. You are insensitive, greedy, inconsiderate and too self centered to be President (Leader).
This is my own view of my President, I do not know about you? (Reader).
I hope that Leaders like you are not forever, for the sake of this BEAUTIFUL country’s future.
