Here is what the Government and the ANC is just afraid to say:
- All the consultants were hired by Zuma or his proxy ( including the Architect)
- Nxesi gave them a blank cheque ( hence the costs escalating that much)
-Zuma was and still fully aware that he was building a mansion and castle, we are just afraid to upset the Nkandla strong-man
-We never thought that you, the Citizens were so clever to see through this and we also blame the Media for bringing all the details to you. Details that we did not want you to know about
Mobutu Sese Seko, the former and late Zaire President responded as follows when asked why he was building helipads, landing strips and pads while there were no proper roads in the now DRC " Why build roads that people will use to come and attack me and take my power".
Now contrast this with Nxesi's assertion that the security upgrade was necessary because KZN is known to be a violent province! So, the Government ( the custodians of the rule of law and order) would rather not tackle crime head-on, but protect the President alone? You know how that is insulting to the poor people of KZN? That it is ok for them to be savaged by criminals because they do not mean much! Wow, what a nerve.
This is the same attitude where these Ministers buy four-by-four vehicles: "Because I have to go and do my work in places with bad roads...". Why not fix those roads?
In any case, the residents of Nkandla ( in the main) will not use high heels because the area is bad. So, paving is done for the Zuma gloating wives! Yhooooooo...
I am sure Madiba and Oliver Reginald ( Xhamela) are turning just listening to this drivel....that they spent so much time fighting for their people to have Nkandla rubbed into their noses!!!!
