Number 1 King of the Zulu nation ?

31 March 2014, 08:00

When it comes to arrogance, insouciance and sheer bloody cheek, our great breeder knows no bounds. I’m sorry that should of course be our great leader, aka Number One.

Nkandla was not, never has been and continues not to be his problem – the obscene amount of money spent on it that is. He didn’t ask for it, therefore he’s not responsible – and anyway he doesn’t like some of the windows…. !!!!!! No I did not make that up – direct quote from his Cape Town Jazz Festival trip this past weekend.

It is glaringly obvious that President Zuma regards himself as the head of the Zulu clan, and as such, king or not (sorry Goodwill) it is his right to live like a king. He deserves it, nobody can take it away from it, he can do no wrong and his subjects (all of us poor suckers) must simply accept that.

I wonder just how long South Africa will continue to accept this disgusting arrogance as the norm, and simply pay for everything which he has most certainly never earned.

Again, still, my heart breaks for our wonderful country.
