Two contestants, both from different walks of life, In fair South Africa where the struggle for fame continues, Fighting the same battle started by their predecessors years ago, only one will stand out above the rest, Whatever obstacles are thrown their way, will they overcome, the finale stage has been set, whose dreams are but a heart beat away.
For those of you who’ve come out of your caves for the final stand, the time has finally come for one of our idols contestants to make their dreams come true. So, who will it be, only time and votes will tell. For those who are forgetful like our friend Dory, the final two contestants whose fates you hold in your hands are Khaya and Melissa. It is more than obvious that these two remaining contestants are talented enough to be here.
For those of you who don’t know Khaya, he hasn’t always had it easy, he was forced into his singing career, but fortunately for us, fate intervened and he finally accepted his fate and gave music and singing a chance and has never looked back since that moment. Melissa on the other hand has been singing her entire life and most of her family is in the music business as a result of which she knows what the life of a musician is really like, so for her, being in the competition and getting as far as she has can be chalked up to destiny. Destiny interfered in here life and gave her the opportunity of a lifetime. Both contestants are solid investments, which any Nation would be proud to have as its ambassadors.
South Africa has a very tough job ahead, which one of these talented young people will get our votes? They have given us all that they can give and now our votes will seal their fates. Both of these contestants will have careers in the music business, but only one will truly know the difference between broken wings and what it truly feels like to fly.
The choice is ours, who will we give the opportunity to fly to, Melissa or Khaya? Our hearts go out to our heroes. No matter what the result, they can both feel proud for gaining our respect. We wish we could award both for all their hard work, but this struggle is as old as time itself, there can truly only be one victor and one who has to fall. All that we can do is hold on with both of them until the nail-biting end.
