Oscar Pistorius - NOT GUILTY

10 April 2014, 22:15
After consulting with a lot of people and having input from a psychologist, I have came to an conclusion that Oscar Pistorius is NOT GUILTY.
There will probably be 100's of people reading this, and I accept that everyone has their views on it, well this is mine and some experts.
Oscar Pistorius is unfortunate to be born in a crime land like South Africa, with his talents and also all of his kind hearted gestured and helping the future of the world.
Lets face it, South Africa has a lot of crime that eventually scares you and scars you, we as South Africans will always look over our shoulders just to make sure that we are safe.
Now, lets look at Oscar, he is a high profile South African citizen and also has money and belongings that criminals would like to have.
Oscar has been a victim in a few instances, that would scare him even more and it will always stay in his mind, even when going to bed, living in fear, knowing everyone wants what he has.
Did Oscar think there was a burglar that night of the shooting? Yes, he actually did.
Why did he shoot through the door?He was trying to protect himself and Reeva. He acted instantly without thinking what he was doing, all that was in his mind was that he needs to protect himself and Reeva.
After listening and looking around in the media and seeing all of these criminologist and psychologists coming forward telling people that Oscar has no remorse and he is only thinking about himself.
This is people that never had a chance to shine before, now all of a sudden they run forward telling people that they want to hear, that Oscar is guilty.
Roux vs Nel
After seeing Roux and Nel cross examining witnesses I have realised one thing, Nel is a person with NO respect to the public, to Reeva's parents or anyone.
He might be a strong lawyer in his field, but he is one good story teller, telling it how he wants it to be. Lets face it, he will change any story to "put" an innocent man in jail. That is his job, innocent or not.
Oscar will be a free man once again, the state should just stop "putting" things in there that is not true.
Oscar's version of events might be confusing to some, just remember one thing, He killed someone that he loved that night. I could honestly say that I wouldn't remember so much and I would be telling a whole different story because I wouldn't have remembered so much.
Thanks for reading!
