“The Cape Times reported on Wednesday that pastor Oscar Bougardt - who is already under investigation by the SA Human Rights Commission for previous homophobic statements - made the comments on his Facebook page.
Pistorius was arrested for the murder of his girlfriend, Reeva Steenkamp, at his Pretoria home on 14 February.
Bougardt later removed his comments because "homosexuals have been harassing me… it's not because I've changed my stance on what I said".
He added: "I will continue to make statements until I die. Someone needs to speak out about their [homosexuals'] filthy lifestyle."
Bougardt said Pistorius - whom he described as "one of those sport stars who supported the filthy lifestyle of homosexuals" - was recently dropped from the "It gets better South Africa" campaign against homophobic bullying.”
This article appeared in news24, on the 27 of feb 2013 , I mean really why is this guy aloud to say things like that, as a homosexual, I am horrified that a person could blame gays for what Oscer Pistorius has done this is a insult to me and my community, this guy “pastor Oscar Bougard is trying to violate my constitutional rights , to live a happy normal life, by spreading his own hatred of homosexuals around and the press is giving him a platform to a even bigger audience, it is similar to giving juilias malema a public platform and look what that cost the country, My personal opinion is that this pastor it on a mission, to build his “church” and is using homosexuals to get into the press, with hate speech , He is building his fame on every homosexuals human rights, to get a bigger following who would in turn give him there tenth every month, and then in turn he can spend it tax free cause a church is a non profit organization , Seriously Don’t give this bigot a platform!!!!!!
