Perhaps the Christians are right?.....
Perhaps the Muslims, Hindus, Buddhists, Norsemen, Romans, ancient Greeks, American Indians, African tribal beliefs and atheists are/were all correct as well???
Perhaps, in as much as they are all correct, they are all wrong as well?
Perhaps there is a god (or gods) but not a god/gods as perceived by the many religions that have described him/her/them to date...
Perhaps we are god, or should I say, our collective souls are god?... Perhaps all who are, and all who have ever been have a connected consciousness and when we die, our soul goes back to join this collective?
Perhaps the various religions exist just so our souls in this realm can communicate with this god? Perhaps this god (our collective consciousness) does not care what religion you are, or are not, just that you communicate to it through prayer, meditation, transcendental meditation or dreams so that it can provide the guidance and answers we seek?
Perhaps this life is not a test, as most religions would have you believe but rather a learning experience for our collective souls? Perhaps there really is no right or wrong, good or evil just the experience of living?
Perhaps the Big Bang was nothing more than the Bootstrap program for this simulation that we call reality.
Perhaps our souls enter and leave this simulation at will and have been doing so for the past 14 billion years... Perhaps we have experienced life as a Brontosaurus, a dragonfly or as an organism on a far distant planet in a far distant galaxy... perhaps it is all just a learning experience, or perhaps even a thrill ride, just for fun...
Perhaps this is why, when we seek answers to our problems, be it through prayer, meditation or even dreams, we DO sometimes get the answers back that we seek... perhaps our god (or collective) provides the answers we need... perhaps this is where the inspiration for great art, music or even innovation comes from?
Perhaps, but then I have no evidence or proof for any of the above. In fact, it is just something I, quite literally, dreamt up. Perhaps I will use the above to start a brand new religion as it sounds far more appealing and valid to me than any existing or past religions.
