This is good news. Buy my land, by all means, at the relevant market price. I will make sure as soon as the first claimant sends me his claim to the LAND, to remove all (re)movable assets (tractors, ploughs, trucks, balers, planters, sheep, cattle, chickens, pumps, irrigation equipment, milk machines, remove roof sheets, toilets, light fittings, doors, window panes, vehicles, etc etc etc...sell live stock (bank), place into storage what I cannot sell (bank)...get paid for my land at the relevant market price (bank). While I am waiting for the "deal" to go through, I will retrench all workers (bank the salaries I am not paying anymore) and tell them to leave as the new owners are coming, but to leave me their contact details. I am going to feel very sorry for them all, the wives who worked in and around the farmers house(s), the men who worked on the farm, the kids that used to play with my kids. "Sorrie Sollie, maar onse President het gase julle moet f...koff, hy soek my plaas"....
Then I will take all the proceeds I made (bank) from selling (bank) the LAND and all my (re)movable assets, and rent or buy a nice cozy place somewhere nice...and wait......
Because, in a very short period of time, the new owner is going to say: "Hau, maar dis harde werk die plaas besigheit, en kos BAAAAIIIIIEEE mula...beter ek verkoop hom en gaan terug na my ma se huis..." That is where I come in...buy the LAND back at a reasonable price....say less 20-50% what it used to cost...remember, now the "willing buyer-willing seller" principle is back...and just carry on again....with all the $$$...oops RRR's I saved (interest, etc)...or, I may just buy another LAND that has already been through this $h!t....whatever.
So please Mr. Zuma, let them come claim my LAND, because when I buy it back, for less...that is when I smile and say...met eish, ja!!!
