President Zuma's statement on "debates"

President Zuma was recently recorded as saying that "debating is the best thing that we do in the ANC".

One unionist is quoted as saying that the Government specialises in "conferencing and holding meetings".

The brother of the recalled President is quoted as saying that the focus is on "singing and dancing".

Then President Zuma has just clarified  why there is no service delivery. All that they do is discuss, formulate policies hold conferences and spend taxpayers money on celebrations.

Mr President, when is the ANC government going to stop talking and start delivering?
