Racist labels make people cowards

05 June 2014, 07:00
I don't talk about this often but the race card is guaranteed to shut down any discourse. From my point of view you call me racist and you may just get a poke on the snoot.

I don't like many people and it's never because of the colour of their skin. It usually is because they drive badly, they are stupid, they offer crappy service or some variation of something that makes my moer meter see the red line.

I went to School with Jack and have known him for many years, We are not what you would call bosom pals but we are civil to one another, I follow Jacks cartoons when I see them, I read the info he posts on the local Moth page and have had a few cups of tea with the man. He is from all my impressions a straight up nice Guy.

I have not seen or heard of Jack throwing his toys out of the cot, He is one of those people that don't seem to have a moer meter. He is more likely to dither than run head first into any situation, like I said a nice bloke all round.

Jack has never made any comment that I can attribute to closet racism, In fact I don't think he has ever used words like those people etc. As I know the man his cartoon had no ulterior meaning, He probably considers the government corrupt, inept and full of sticky brown stuff as many people do.

He probably considers the people that voted for the clowns in our government as under educated with a deathly lack of common sense as many do. Nothing racist in any of that because I feel pretty much the same. I am ashamed that South Africans are still voting on racial lines rather than voting with intellect. Nothing racist there either.

I am ashamed that EWN packed up their tents like cowards and disappeared into the dark because they were frightened of being called racist by buffoons that will call someone racist if they complain about the level of service being offered in a store. The race card is not to be feared, It is the last resort of crooks, Scoundrels and Wuckfits that know how frightened white people are of being called racist.

Russel Peters in one of his shows said he loves White People, They will go to the end of the world to prove that they are not racist. He once had a visitor back stage waiting for him, The White Security Guard came and told him that a man was waiting for him, He asked for a description and was told a medium height man was there, Trying to get more info, Russel pressed him, Eventually he said is he Black and the Guard reply, "If you say so, It is not for me to say".

Tony

This reminded me of a conversation I had with Tony when I lived in Hampshire, England. He refused to describe a man by his skin colour. The conversation bordered on the ridiculous, I asked Tony the following. There are 11 men in a factory, Barry is the only bloke with a chocolate complexion, Someone was at the door asking which one was Barry, Tony absolutely refused to identify him as the black dude in the corner, He would use the colour of his shirt, his curly hair, his glasses, but even if there were two blokes that fitted that description, one white and one black he could not bring himself to identify Barry as the black dude.

The absolute fear of being labelled racist has made white people so afraid of mentioning the easiest way to identify the only black Guy in the room it's ridiculous.

Recently I had a client that did not understand that I had only two hands ask me if it were because she was a woman? or if it was because she was coloured, The fact that I only have so many hours a day and only two hands was not enough of a reason for something taking longer than expected. It had to be because she was a victim of some giant racist, mysogynist conspiracy.

Call me racist if you like when I tell you you drive like a brain dead chicken, Hell if it makes you feel better, call me a misogynist, racist pig, but don't expect me to do anything to help solve any of your problems if you make it about race, and no I am not gong to feel guilty at all.
