There once was a country, majestic and grand
Yet its people bickered and fought over land
There was plenty for everyone, but some wanted it all
So greedy were they, they did not heed the call
Then one day… as if foretold
Out of the woodwork rose a champion so bold
His name was Malema but they called him JuJu
Yet, to this day, some swear he was koo koo
At events and rallies he would work up the masses
Soon they all threatened to kick some white asses
Once nationalization paralyzed the nation
They demanded even more to complete the occasion
The ones who were able then boarded their flight
And left as their countrymen prepared for a fight
And those who remained searched high and searched low
But dejectedly found they had nowhere to go
It is 15 years later… and what was SA is now a crater
While we fought amongst ourselves, we got sold to the yellow elves
Now the Chinese are mining our beautiful land bare
And all we can do is weep and stare
They say we were negative, and we were at the time!
But when I think back, all we talked about was crime
Snap out of it SA… this poem is a prediction
It’s not yet too late to make SA great
Set a new course at the next election
And get rid of that man with the persistent erection
Or this I tell you whilst on my knees
Start brushing up on your Cantonese
