This article is in response to Eddy Deepfield’s ;FOUND! Evidence against God- the God notion de-constructed.Let’s start by reminding Eddy that he found zilch, zero, diddley squat.The Irony and the intellect of the so-called “Atheist’s” on this forum are astounding.
They profess to be interested in facts only. They are liars. Beware if you ever pose an interesting scientific question! They will throw “The book” at you, quoting scriptures better and faster than any tele- evangelist. Or my all-time best… “Prove that my invisible pink unicorn in my back garden is not pink”. You can insert flying spaghetti monster, etc , in there too.Now, I’m not interested in Jesus bashing, religiot bashing or anything of that sort. I’m also not interested in using Jesus and God together in the same sentence. What I’m interested in is finding answers, through science. I believe that we have got to a stage in our history where we now either have the technology or are on the brink of amazing new discoveries that in the past were confined to the fantasy section of children’s books, for example, invisibility cloaking http://www.nature.com/nature/journal/v481/n7379/full/nature10695.html. We now have the means to start posing the correct metaphysical questions to the scientific community.
In 2003 Prof. Nick Bostrom hypothesised that we might be living in a computer simulation. Now philosophical claim is one thing... proving it is quite another.Physicists (Silas Beane, et al) are saying that proof MIGHT actually be possible. It’s a matter of finding a cosmological signature, that would serve as the proverbial red pill from the "Matrix" and they think they know what it is..(Notice how you have to postulate the correct question) .because a simulation of the universe should still have constraints, no matter how powerful. Physicists are simulating quantum chromodynamics, which is the force in nature that gives rise to the strong nuclear force among protons and neutrons, and to nuclei and their interactions.
To replace space -time -continuum, they are computing tiny, tightly spaced cubic "lattices" providing insight into the nature of matter itself. BECAUSE, if our cosmos really is a simulation, then there ought to be a cut off in the spectrum of high energy particles. As it turns out there is exactly this kind of cut off in the energy of cosmic ray particles! Its known as the Greisen -Zatsepin -Kuzmin or GZK cut-off. This cut off has been well studied and comes about because high energy particles interact with the cosmic microwave background. These cosmic rays would travel preferentially along the axes of the lattice, so we wouldn't see them in all directions…

Exciting stuff. Quantum physics “knows” there is a link between thought and matter.There are some things that we may never be able to fully comprehend. Does that make it “NOT TRUE/REAL?” Maybe for now…..
