SA heroes

19 February 2014, 12:02
If I inherit a farm with 1000 cows, it would be easy to sell at least 500 calves every year, but my brother that inherit a farm with only 10 cows , would not be able to sell more than 10 calves a year. Who would be able to invest the most in developing their farms, myself or my brother?
Have you ever thought of how SA manage to supply houses connected to electricity, water and sewerage , but the rest of Africa's people starve?
Could it be that the ANC inherit the farm with the 1000 cows, while the other countries in  Africa only inherit a farm with 10 cows? Who should we blame for inheriting a 1000 cow farm? Could it be  apartheid? Who should we thanks for inheriting this 1000 cow farm? Is it the the past generations of black people that suffer under apartheid? Is the real hero's of the SA story the previous generations that silently suffer a second class life in their country , to allow their children and grand children a better life than  what is possible in any  other African country?
What happen in Zim the previous bread basket of Africa, that the people  now 30 years after white rule need food aid from overseas to survive? That teachers is prepared to come to SA to work as labour, That medical Dr is prepared to come and work in SA hospitals as cleaners and porters?
