South Africa's mining needs workers who will work.

25 May 2014, 20:15
If you don't like your job, get a new one. If you don't like working for a boss, then start your own business.

There are certainly other people who have zero work at all.

The drive to earn R 12 500 as a goal is near retarded.

Because you will get your R 12 500 eventually, but it won't be worth anything. Our money will be worthless.

How the government pretends to have its hands tied while their buddies at the unions literally cripple families into deep poverty.

If Ii owned a mine, I would cut my losses and make for the hills.

Africa is large and what's the use of continuing in SA?

If somebody was negotiating my wage, and it took 3 days I would consider doing it myself.

South Africans at the top think they very clever, and yes, clever they are. But they will see how poverty hits SA. Fast and furiously is the only possibility.

Imagine striking and your union leaders are earning? Must be a joke.

Tear up your union card, stop supporting unions that stir people hopes beyond reasonable possibility.
Go to work, work hard and do your best;
Look for a better Job,
But don't stop your friend from going back to work.

I wish we had good leaders, even mediocre ones would do,
Even half witted would do.
I would even be run by a chimpanzee at this present time ...
